Booking sessions
Q: How do I book a session or wedding with you?
A: You can book a session by filling out the inquiry form on my website or sending me a message on social media. Once we discuss your needs, I’ll send over a contract and an invoice for the deposit. Your session is officially booked once the contract is signed and the deposit is paid.

Q: Do you give out Raw photos?
A: I don’t provide raw images because they are unfinished products. Part of my service includes editing to ensure the best quality and consistency with my style. You’ll receive fully edited, high-resolution images that beautifully capture your special moments!

Pricing & Packages
Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due before the session or on the day of the photo session.

Q: What are your pricing and packages?
A: The pricings are on each packaging session yet feel free to inquiry for more details or questions. 

Q: Do you offer payment plans?
A: Yes! I offer flexible payment plans.Let’s chat about an option that works for you.

Turnaround Time for Photos
Q: When will I receive my photos?
A: For portrait sessions, you can expect your photos within 1-2 weeks. For weddings the turnaround time is from 2-6 weeks. Milestone occasions will vary from 2-4 weeks.

Editing Style & Retouching
Q: What is your editing style?
A: My editing style leans more toward warm & natural, true-to-life. I am also open to creating timeless edits.

Q: Do you retouch photos?
A: Yes! I provide light skin retouching, blemish removal, and color correction for the set number of photos included in your session. Additional images outside of your package or requests for more in-depth retouching may incur an add-on fee. All edits are kept natural — no heavy airbrushing, body alterations, or unrealistic changes — so your photos remain authentic and true to you.

‼️Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling
Q: What is your cancelation policy?
A: Cancellations made before the 48-hour window are eligible for a refund or rescheduling (except the non refundable deposit). Unfortunately, cancellations within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable, as that time has been reserved for you. Let me know how I can assist you!

Q: What if I need to reschedule my session?
A: I understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule, I’m happy to work with you to find a new date.

Here’s how rescheduling works:

Weather-Related Rescheduling: If the forecast predicts heavy rain or extreme weather, we can reschedule to the next available date at no extra charge. 

* Family Emergencies or Illness: I completely understand that unexpected things come up. If you need to reschedule due to a family emergency or illness, just let me know at least 48 hours in advance, and we’ll find a new date.

* Other Reasons: If something else comes up & you need to reschedule, I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to accommodate the change. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours may be subject to a small rescheduling fee, as that time was reserved for you.

REFUND POLICY: 
Because photography is a service-based and time-intensive process, all payments are non-refundable once the session has been completed and the final images have been delivered. I strive to ensure that every client receives high-quality, beautifully edited images that align with my style. If you have any concerns about your photos, I’d be happy to discuss possible adjustments within my editing style to ensure you’re happy with the final results!
